Interesting article on training and swimming records for females!!!

If you think our girls do a lot of work then this might open up the eyes of the people that think we are distance oriented.

This is a real insight of the lengths that some female distance swimmers went to to be the best.
In today's society I think many would be unwilling to commit this amount of time and energy to the cause, maybe that's why some records have stood since 1976 for girls on the long events.
